Food provided and fresh baked bread every morning was amazing! The view was phenomenal! Very calm and peaceful! Very nice to have a private bathroom to each bedroom.

The smell of the toilets, pool is not heated and very cold and the location is remote to the closest big town, but that could be a positive to some people.

Beautiful modern little house with all the amenities . Lovely yard, private pool, plentiful breakfast, best towels we’ve ever had. Felt like home. A great breather from a hectic month travelling in the southern Mediterranean.

Didn’t realize it was so far away from most of the Douro Valley towns and the river, up a windy and steep road. That was a major deterrent to going exploring. Also we were quite surprised by the large number of RVs parked right where you enter the property. Not the picture we had of this getaway. The house compound was as we imagined, but we were definitely in the middle of a large group of campers. Cancelled one dinner reservation and one Douro River outing as a result of not wanting to go up and down the hill one more time.

Staying at the charming and modern cottage in the vineyard was an absolute delight. Surrounded by serenity and equipped with all amenities including a pool, terrace, and a grill with a breathtaking view, it was truly a haven. The hospitality of the hosts added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, and their thoughtful gesture of a welcome bottle from their own vineyard was much appreciated. It was an unforgettable retreat, and I can't wait to return.

The comfort and views.

We loved the location in the middle of a vineyard. Breakfast food was in the fridge when we arrived and fresh bread delivered each morning. Picked oranges from the tree in courtyard each day, fresh and delicious. Daniel was wonderful, when google maps got us lost about 5 iminutes from the property, we called Daniel and described where we were, he came in his car to guide us to the property. Spent a morning hiking amongst the vines, terrific views.

First time there and surely not the only one as we'll be back one day. Everything was perfect. The house is slightly detached from the rest of the farm, which gives some extra privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, and despite being there in winter time, we never felt cold as there's a really nice fireplace in the living room. We got a lot but really a lot of food for breakfast and even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. We're also lucky enough to get a guided tour of the farm house, which we absolutely loved. Both Bernardo and his dad were absolutely amazing throughout the whole stay, and always helpful whenever we needed. We found the whole stay perfect, and to be honest we'll surely be back as soon as possible.

We loved everything. Just be aware that google maps will send you through some weird roads to get there. If you come from East of Tabuaço, first go to Tabuaço and then follow the signs to the farm. If you come from West, you'll find the signs before getting to Tabuaço. The roads are super good but narrow, so be aware of that as well.

Lovely situation in the vineyards, beautiful patio to enjoy the sunset. Well equipped for us. Fresh produce & wine appreciated. If you want to go to the local upper end restaurants best to book in advance.

The home was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped for small meals. The pool was refreshing after a hot day of touring. The vineyard and surroundings are a great place to hike/walk.

The house is surrounded by vineyards. Peaceful wine country getaway.
