Lack of basic management rooms unfinished security gate not working floor tile carpets loose light fitting switches built in wrong places new fridge still had manufactures sale sticker on no toilet holder in bathroom smaller than normal tea cups not matching ! Original bed was two single mattresses not double I had booked Unfinished building with curtains hiding materials in hallways Wrong tiles used on pool surrounds were dangerous and Not nonslip

I tried using the TV but it was not buging

Location was good as you are right by the lagoon. Close to lagoon beach perfect for walks and views of Table Mountain

The room (B) we stayed in was directly under a very noisy room, every foot step echoed 10x. We booked a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together and sharing one duvet double bed cover. Tv does work but signal or Wi-Fi did not allow for any viewing pleasure. No one was there to check us out and we were ignored so we eventually left the keys with an old lady who either owned the place or was visiting.
