Very dirty. Tap water was yellow. My bed bounced up and down as the people in the room walked around. Very small coffee cups. No clean water provided. The cutlery and crockery smelled of fish oil. The receptionist hardly spoke English.

The location is the one thing they got absolutely right a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. The room view was spot-on, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

For a place calling itself self-catering, this is a joke. There’s nothing except a fridge and a kettle. No microwave, no stove, no utensils — nothing. Even the tea cups are tiny. The only food they offer is Chinese cuisine, and the entire downstairs reeks of it the whole time. Arriving was a mission. You can’t hoot, the phone doesn’t go through, and there’s absolutely no way to get the attention of reception. We literally stood outside the gate like lost souls. The bathroom has zero ventilation, no window, and the shower floor is slippery and unsafe. Overall, this place is misleading, inconvenient, and nowhere near worth the money.

Service was not up to the mark, had issue with wifi connection, intercom was not working also had issue with gas burner it was not working on day 2.

Was no breakfast, little food to choose from, no variety of drinks, not even water. Dirtiest kitchen I've ever seen and smell. No one ever at the desk.
