It was a private property. They texted me to ask for my Check in time.I was out of network so couldn't reach them ( I paid penalty money for that too - so not free). Upon arrival I just honk the horn gently. It was not even a full horn. A very very rude Asian lady opened the door. She was standing there with a cute dog.I started patting the dog so I didn’t hear her shouting. Then she approached my side of the car and said " no horn, I said no horn". I said I am sorry.Then she shouts again " you come here horn,you party all night. No party". We were driving all day.The friend sprained her ankle. Both of us were exhausted. We didn’t want to argue.She kept on shouting - no party, no horn.I said sorry and moved to reception. I gave the late check-in penalty money and went to the room. But the lady in the reception is not nice either,she was also commenting like you were checking late( around 2130).They don't have any guard to open the door etc etc.You are charging me money for late Check-in ( around 2130 hrs) and also complaining!!! While checking out we have to wait 15 minutes so that they open the door ( although this time I informed twice in advance).Horrible experience. The worst host among my 12 days Cape town visit

didn't take breakfast

it was not clean, the door didn't lock, the bathroom was dirty and the windows also not clean. could not boill water the kettle didn't work, and the television didn't work

Everything as cheap as it gets. Not even a rug on the floor or bedside pedestals.

Staff, cleanness, bathroom , they said no breakfast but its advertised breakfast included

Service is bad, rooms in bad condition

Nice house behind a gate. Was big and nice rooms.

Swimming pool is small if you want to use it, but nice to have a quick dip.
