Room was not cleaned properly. Dead squashed mozzies. Aircon did not work all afternoon on arrival. Generally the entire facility requires a bit of TLC and attention to detail

The steakhouse is not good , the Filet steak have a lot of fat and not good selection for side dishes

Terrible room!! We booked a Superior King room - definitely not superior?? It looks like a doctor's waiting room - cold and old, sad decor. We could not close the curtains, as they use a curtain rail with plastic hooks - some missing and gaps at the top. My husband had to get on a chair to fix it. Dirty floor and rug. Lots of mosquitos, but no spray in the room. We could not drink the tap water, as they had a problem with their water and charged us for additional water. Not a bench at the end of the bed - where to put the blanket and cushions - on the floor? Bathroom does not have a shelf or any space to put toiletries.
