Beach House

A little oasis for a chilled out relaxing stay. Beautiful hut in quiet location right on the beach. Only 2 huts so you get the place to your self. They have 2 areas to chill and an area for breakfast which is cooked by the owner Eno who is brilliant. Eno and his lovely family are on hand to help with anything. It was early season so Genting not fully opened. Eno also did a snorkelling trip for us which was an adventure in his small boat. Would highly recommend.

We loved the room, the balcony and the little beach hut in front of the room, it was truly magical! We fell asleep to nothing but the sound of waves at night. Our host Eno was very friendly and helpful in organising our days!

The location is not so central, but Eno was very helpful in driving us to the jetty whenever we had to catch a boat.

Eno, the host, was very helpful in picking us up and dropping us off at the jetty. He also organised a water taxi and land taxi for us to explore the island. Eno took us on his boat to Tekek and waited with us until the land taxi arrived. He went above and beyond. The Beach House was very pretty with great sea views. The air con unit and shower worked well. The bed and mosquito net were great. We always felt safe and comfortable in the Beach House. We could hear the rolling waves of the sea as we fell asleep which I don't think you'd get anywhere else. It's truly unique.

There was nothing bad with the accommodation but we did have a few things that would have made it really perfect. It would have been nice if toilet roll and shampoo were automatically provided. The towels were made of fluffy blanket material so not very absorbent. We resorted to using our own microfiber towels. Perhaps cotton towels would be more suitable. The listing states that there is a bath, however, there is only a shower available. Similarly with breakfast, it's listed as a buffet, but was not a large buffet, so not as we expected, however, Eno and his wife did cook either omelette or noodles for us each day which was nice, and we helped ourselves to coffee and toast.

Proximity to the beach and the view.

No soap or shampoo, no buffet breakfast, no fruit, no toilet paper, the island was empty and shops were closed. Host did not drop us off at the jetty (1.4 km walk with heavy bags). One ferry per day during the beginning of season. No restaurants, accommodation does not offer lunch or dinner.

We had a fantastic 4 days at the Beach House, which is located on a beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms are very comfortable and Enos and his lovely family are so welcoming. Falling asleep listening to the sound of the sea just outside your door is so relaxing, and you’re only a few minutes stroll into Genting. Highly recommend you stay here!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Everything was great.

Perfect location, quiet and peaceful, away from the main village but easily accessed. The Bungalow was clean and very minimal with a/c. Bed and bathroom. All you really need. Ino, the owner and host was very helpful and cooked a simple and great breakfast. As it was the beginning of the monsoon season there were no tourist and most places were closed. It was great. Friendly people and very peaceful holiday with no one trying to sell you anything. Loved it.

We love everything in Beach house..the place is very beautiful, peaceful, clean, unique and etc.. We had a lovely time and will definitely come again. Brother Eno and Fiza are very kind and friendly. baby Hanum is very cute, miss her.

1. The owner was kind and helpful. The wife cooked some fresh porridge for my baby because my baby refused to eat the prepacked one. And my baby finished the whole bowl of warm home cooked porridge. Huhu. We are forever grateful.
