"with just a few tweaks could be exeptional"

convenience of location. the room was large and bright. check in instructions were clear. use of kitchen a real bonus

entry hall way and stairs need a good clean. nowhere to hang anything, a set of coat hooks would be useful. blinds were not blackout and we were awake by 5am
