We had room 1, which had 2 beds rooms and a little kitchen. This suited our family perfectly. Amazing location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

we had a lovely stay and the breakfast was excellent and we had 2 dinners which was good. Staff were very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of tea,coffee etc. excellent towels.

Room 3 was very nice if a bit small for the price and 3 people. the shower head broke first time we used it and the holder was the wrong fitting, also bathroom door handle was loose, the shower head was fixed within a couple of hours. Room 2 was nice but small for the price and found it very noisy and had to keep the window shut. Would be nice to have a drying room for wetsuit's and beach towels.

"This is a lovely hotel. Close to Summerleaze beach, free parking outside the hotel and a great breakfast menu."

Great location, staff were really helpful and friendly.

Bathroom was in poor condition, lots of paint peeling off the wall, room wasn’t very clean, shower pressure was very low. Massively overpriced.

The staff were lovely and welcoming and reserved parking for us. The location was great, easy walking to the beaches, pool and town. The menu was good and we had lunch and dinner there. Breakfast we had to go next door to the sister hotel.

We stayed on a very warm night and the bedroom was too hot for a comfortable sleep. There was no aircon or fan.
