"The place to stay in Northumberland"

Everything! The location- the accommodation- Rachael and Dan as hosts- the breakfast choice was amazing- the facilities including the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachael. What a perfect stay.

"Heavenly Hay Farm"

Everything! Breakfast was Beautiful, Scenery was Spectacular, Ambiance was Amazing. Subtle, clean, calm. Travelling so much for work, Hay Farm made me feel at home.

Rachel had every little details covered. No complaints here! Already booked for next year

This has got to be the best BnB in the whole of Northumberland Welcoming, comfortable, helpful, smashing views and a perfect breakfast. Don't tell to many people I want to come back.

"Exceptional"

We had a fantastic room with uninterrupted views towards the Cheviot Hills and we could also see part of Ford Castle. The room had everything that we needed and even had a small fridge. The TV was a good size and had great reception. Wi-fi was also available at no extra charge. The breakfast was fantastic and we would definitely stay again. There are plenty of things to see and do within easy reach. I would recommend this B& B to anyone wanting a very quiet and peaceful holiday or short break. Huge thanks to Rachel for such a great weekend
