Rachel is so knowledgeable and passionate about the area - she was able to share places we would never have come across on our own. Rachel was so friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We will be going back!

Rachel made us feel so welcome. Fantastic atmosphere and hospitality in her beautiful home. So many things to do and see in the area. We had a wonderful relaxing break. We are now missing the wonderful breakfast and fantastic view of the Cheviots. Thanks Rachel.

A beautiful part of the country, an ideal base. The house is steeped in history, large comfortable rooms. Rachel the perfect host.......a fabulous chef and so knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

There was nothing to dislike about Hay Farm House. From arriving to leaving, everything was amazing. Our host, Rachel, who greeted us on our arrival, was so friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and places to eat. The location was perfect, as was our room and the rest of the property. Breakfast was top notch! This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. Thanks again Rachel, for allowing us to stay at your wonderful property.

Tastefully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean property positioned in a stunning location. The front rooms we stayed in had a wonderful view of the Cheviot Hills. Comfortable lounge to socialise in of an evening. Quality breakfast. Rachel was a friendly and helpful host. Thank you.

"Excellent bed and breakfast"

Breakfast was excellent. Being so close to the horse farm was great meaning we could visit them in the field at any time. Host was amazing with great knowledge of the area and was able to give useful advice. The hotel also had leaflets about local attractions.
