"Quite and cosy farm getaway."

Rachel was an excellent host. We felt welcomed from the minute we stepped inside. Our stay at Hay Farm lived up to our expectations. The room was spacious and clean and we had a fantastic sleep. It was so dark and peaceful. The breakfast was outstanding! Could have the yoghurt and granola everyday it was so good! Rachel and her husband were super friendly and they took some time out of their day to chat with us and give us some information about the area which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent. Would come back in a heart beat. Thank you! Love Rachel & Gordon x

Lovely staff, fantastic location and very cosy room. Tasty breakfast. Would definitely stay again. A later breakfast time would be nice but I am 100% that would have been accommodated if asked as the owner was lovely and very willing to help.

A lovely farmhouse in a perfect country location. The rooms are big and very comfortable and the furniture and decor is first class. Rachel is a perfect hostess and makes a guest feel very comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast room was delightful, our table was beautifully layed, it felt very homely. The property was beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable, like home, but better. The breakfasts Rachel cooked for us were delicious. Both Rachel and Dan were very welcoming.

Amazing home! Amazing breakfast! Comfy bed..parking right outside the house.. Beautiful surroundings overlooking a farm! Rachel is such a fabulous host...The hostess with the mostess! Can't give higher than a 10/10

"Exceptional"

Rachel was attentive and ever so friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was big enough for two large people. A lovely sofa to sit in to look out at the view. The location was quiet no banging doors or noise from next door. The breakfast was ample and very filling. We have stayed in many hotels and this B&B surpasses all of them.
