If you visit Ooty staying at this hotel is the best option as the view is fantastic, location is convenient and facilities/staff are very good. Hot water, kettle, drinking water, towels, dental kit/shampoo are well provided. Panoramic windows give wonderful opportunity to watch the city in all its gorgeous beauty, and roof top gives even more - 360 view 🌞 Hotel design is elegant and interesting - make sure to check it out, and you will definitely enjoy same.

The location is good and the rooms are neat and clean. But as it's at the road point, horn sounds and vechile lights were a disturbance at the nights. Room boy took care of us and made the stay comfortable.

Never going back because of the staff behavior. We did not receive the property we booked. The reason was that we took time to confirm even though we had a confirmation number.
