The AC was the only positive thing about my stay.

The adjacent building is under construction, with all the noise, mud and dirt. The entrance door screeches loudly, people vomiting in the bathroom loudly all night long, echoing through the house. I hardly got an hour of sleep. The worst hostel in Ubud.

Komang, Kadek and the entire family were so kind and welcoming, I really felt like part of the family. I happened to arrived on such a special day, a temple ceremony(piodalan). I asked if I could join and they let me! T’was an incredible timing and a beautiful experience I stumble into. Being welcomed by a local family makes it even more meaningful — it’s not just sightseeing, it’s sharing. If you have not planned any activities, and needed help or recommendations, just asked them they will help or arrange it for you. And they are willing to help you with anything. It was a great place to experience local culture. There is a wifi, free water, kitchen equipments,stove, refrigerator, hot shower and anything else you need just asked them, they might have. It's also a great location, down a nice quiet street, walking distance to the centre atleast 20mins walk for my pace. And it’s really quiet at night.
