Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Large bath available, tasty and well priced food available.

Friendly staff and pretty comfortable bunk beds. Simple and tasty breakfast. Nice in house Onsen.

Long walk to ski lift. No option to get a ride to ski lift or to bus station.

I liked the heating and the cosiness. I liked that there was a dry room to store my snow gear. I liked that i was able to ask for my laundry to be done for me. I liked that there was a common area for relaxing or eating.

I didn't like the lack of kitchen access (though i may have been able to ask). It would have been nice to have more access to a proper kitchen sink and utencils.

I just like their location, quite and nice, just 3mins drive to the Akakura ticket office. And I like their whole house, interior are clean and tidy. The most important thing is owners are super nice.

Just the location,We didn't realize how much a walk it's from the top, but it's totally fine enjoy walking in the snow.

Dinner by Massa-san is delicious and him and his wife are always super friendly and helpful.
