A charming guesthouse run tirelessly by a lovely and endearing Japanese couple with years of experience in the hospitality industry, and it shows. Guestrooms (western and japanese styled beds) were clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed. All manner of services, including transport to and from the slopes, laundry, advice and food are provided by Masa-san and Toshimi-san, who are very caring and friendly. Had a lovely chat with them about their experience in Myoko and about our countries. Even though English is their their third language (after Japanese and French) they spoke well and we had a great time. Definitely ask Masa-san, a chef with prodigious experience in both French and Japanese , to cook you dinner. Fantastic value and absolutely tasty; streets ahead of the fare on Myoko main street. Only regrets are that I couldn't stay longer and I only asked Masa-san to prepare one dinner for me. Thanks very much for the fantastic stay, Masa-san and Toshimi-san. I look forward to bringing my family back here again.
