Absolutely fabulous. A lovely home, and good location, with character and everything needed for a stay. The room had everything needed and it was light and airy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was just right Sue is a brilliant host and covered everything. Lookl forward to staying there next time.

I received a friendly and helpful welcome from Sue. My room was very comfortable, with excellent bed. Furnishings and bathroom. I particularly welcomed access to the kitchen and breakfast room downstairs, with a great selection of items for a help yourself breakfast. The parking is good and the Lighthouse, Town centre, and quay are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended for a visit to Poole.

"Comfortable quiet room was all I was looking for and that is what I found"

Room was comfortable and quiet. Location was ideal, with short walk into Poole I was not expecting breakfast to be included but a light help yourself breakfast was available. Informal and practical

Sue was a great host and very accommodating to our needs. Very clean property with use of kitchen (complimentary basic breakfast items supplied on a help yourself basis) and access to dining/living room. The room and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels/bedding. Located in a quiet area but a great location with access to public transport and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again!
