Guest house Ivona

Lovely central place for a good price. Simple check in where you get greeted with the key, and then some information about Split. This was my third time in Split so we got some tips for local restaurants etc 😃 A really nice place, and a really nice host. Reached out to us to see that everything was fine during the thunder which felt wholesome! 🥰 Also; It's in a quiet area which is nice if you want a good night sleep away from the buzzy parts👍

The location was very central and the host was very accomodating with early check in and late check out.

Very thin walls which means you can hear people staying next door very clearly, which prevents sleep. Wifi is really poor, doesn’t work at all. Room wasn’t as clean as could be.

Ivona was kind to meet her guests at the check in personally. We booked a short budget stay and got clean rooms located centrally, on a quiet street. Thank you Ivona (and her mother).

The guest house has an excellent location. it’s close to everything. I had 2 separate rooms just by myself. Everything was super clean. The owner is very reactive and kind. I highly recommend.

We liked the most the cleaning and the spacious big room that had nice terrace and window with good views. The owners were so kind and really good hosts, they make you feeling like at home. A really good and sweet apartment if you want to visit Split.
