The location was second to none. Marica was a friendly host and was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment after checkout.

The apartment we were given did not match the photographs I saw. We were in the ground floor and did not get the balcony space as advertised. We felt a little cramped in the space as there was no where to sit other than a kitchen table.

Was clean and central.

The balcony was basically a patio door in the corner of the bedroom. There was zero outdoor space (we booked this as the description said it was boasting a balcony), and the view was over a heap of rubbish.

Marica was a beautiful kind host, the bed was so comfortable, fresh and clean. was lovely to have a fridge to cool the bevvies and an air conditioner. Located in the old town, with rustic charm buildings surrounding and the room itself modern and felt like home. Walking distance to town. Where there are so many options to explore.

Cannot fault it.

Location and Hospitality.

There were no curtains so it was hard to stay sleeping in the morning

The owner of the property was such a sweet and helpful person. Our flight was cancelled (EasyJet - argh!), so we lost our first night in Split, but Marica let us have use of the room on our last day for as long as we wanted, which allowed us to see everything that we wanted to. She also helped with all of our transport. The location of the property was absolutely perfect, in the quiet part of the old town nestled between Marjan Park and Diocletian’s Palace.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and we are super happy. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is located in the heart of Split. The air conditioning was great, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean and nice. We will definitely come back."
