"Not an attractive option"

Older house with Kitchen & bathroom renovated in recent years. Bed comfortable. Nice white towels. Owner kindly extended our morning departure time to 11 am as it was raining & no good for sightseeing.

Rubbish bins at entrance, one bursting with used bottles. Cockcroaches inside the house. No privacy in kitchen & dining area as no blinds or curtains. Shabby shed in back yard, next to garage. Half covered with plastic sheet exposing junk.

Perfect location! Spacious! 2 toilets were a huge bonus! The property was exactly what we needed for our stay over in Picton. (Also loved watching the sheep out of the window)
