Very cute Kiwi house experience. A whole house beautiful clean with some oranges in the garden. All what you need there. Very clean! Close to all attraktiv things in Picton.

The mattress in the single beds room are not the best.

A large brick house with plenty of indoor space which was light and airy. The art work gave it an original feel that matched the furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed and even milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The settees were amazingly comfortable as were the beds. It was handy have 2 seperate toilets. The decking had a sunny aspect but looked onto the police station and railway.

We hadn't realised it was close to the railway line but in fact there weren't many trains. There were no curtains or blinds on the kitchen and dining areas so we felt it wasn't that private in those areas. There were curtains in the lounge though.

"Overall the house and our stay was very pleasant."

7.0

The Kitchen was new and well appointed. There was a clothes line which was great for drying the washing. There was plenty of bedding. The lounge room was decorated nicely. The house was in very close proximity to central Picton and the waterfront, and was of a good size so that this family of 5 could spread out. Additionally, having the two toilets made our stay much easier and much more comfortable.

We had to buy more toilet paper and replace one of the lights in the main bedroom. (We swapped it for another bulb in the house.) One of the bathrooms was technically outside the main house. This was not an issue as wee were visiting in summer it might be a bit chilly in winter.
