We love old houses. We love that people take care of old houses and feel honored to be able to stay in them. Nick was very gracious. Hopefully, we'll be back and be able to enjoy the house and neighborhood more deeply.
The stain on the bathroom ceiling was surprising. I understand that old houses are hard to keep up (I had one myself) and I'm sure Nick will get around to painting it in time.

Nick was awesome! His wife’s artwork was all over the place and made for a totally unique and interesting experience. The place has an interesting history that Nick will share with you. It’s also walking distance from a cool bar/restaurant called Roli

No area to park, arrived and very nice man met us and told us to park in road across st, helped carry in bags. However, upon stepping into musty house, halls lined with clutter - (halloween decorations in June) clutter. Our room dingy, and did not feel clean- not at all as pictured. AC, not noticeable. Towels in tiny bath were frayed, House needs a deep clean.

The location is great and the owner is kind, with a lot of pride in his home.
The hotel is cluttered with artwork and personal belongings of the owner. There was a thick layer of dust on everything and a strong smell of old cooking. The sheets were clean, but threadbare. The mini fridge did not work. I don’t typically give poor reviews but the reality was so different than the advertisement.
