"Sweet host and worth a stay at least once for the history"

Many other guests have already said it--the man is adorable and is very well-versed in giving the historical information about the house. He leaves you alone after his 10-15 minute spiel, but he's very sweet.
Parking wasn't as easy as we'd hoped. Our rental car didn't quite fit in the driveway, so we had to navigate the limited street parking.

Nice landlord with lots of stories
Old, smelly uncomfortable and cluttered room! Gave no amenities! Checked out after first night! Lost money on 2nd night because it was prepaid! Could not spend another minute there

It was a lovely place in a nice neighborhood, not far from restaurants. Niko was very personable. I slept very well.
It was very hard to find it in the dark. I had to park the car and walk up to doors before I found it. Also, the parking was very tight.

Location, owner is very nice and charming. Gives an interesting tour and explanation of the house
Somewhat rundown, not well kept, it’s really a historic place that has seen better days. It really needs a good clean up. The room was pretty dydty
