It is the 5th time I stayed at Familia.I alway like the stay, because the people are friendly and always wanted to help,EVEN IF IT IS AFTER HOURS.I will always stay at Familia,because it is like family.Keep up the good work.Champions.:):):)

I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay.My wife and I have stayed at your guest house approximatley five times in the past and have always enjoyed the friendly service,attention to detail,and willingness of the staff to assist with any request.During our most recent visit,however, the overall experience was different.The staff member currently in charge appeared to be overwhelmed and uncertain when dealing with guest requests.I believe x may simply require additional support,guidance,or management training to help x perform x role with confidence.I am sharing this feedback beacause I value your establishment and would like to see it continue providing the excellent service that has always encourage us to return.Thank you for taking this feedback in the constructive spirit in witch it is intended. When phoning reception that am at the gate I didn't hear the response and re dialled the person responding was harsh as didn't u hear am gonna open the gate Then gate was opened proceeded to parking, nobody came to welcome or help me with my luggage, I helped myself in to room 11,found it unlocked After 30min I get a call from reception asking what happened to me
