Staff has stinking attitude they force yhuu to pay a 100 on arrival when yhuuu already paid on booking.com,and you can't cancel because they won't refund yhuuu,the room was not ready they changed the beds on my arrival also cleaned the room while I was waiting cold at the reception.

I did not get to stay at the property. We booked 2 rooms for my family. When checking in, the place was full as they took more people and occupied our rooms . This left me stranded with young children. When contacted the host, they say booking.com will refund me . On booking.com, there is no option for refund as this was booked at a nonrefundable rate. The communication is poor .

You book and pay in full via Booking.com but when you arrive at the property, the unfriendly staff demand more money.

Even after paying for the booking in full on the website, the unfriendly staff at the place still demand more money. Because I had nowhere else to go, I had no other option but to pay up.

No air-conditioner

The staff was friendly and efficient. The place is beautiful but will be gorgeous once all the renovation are complete and everything in it's rightful place. The place has great potential
