I paid double. Booked with Booking.com I paid R362 and the lady that working at Luvoyo's she told me that they don't have room for R362. She told me to pay R420. Toilet is too far the room, no remote for TV, bedding is terrible it look like kids bedding. Room don't have shower, don't have toilet

They should give us remotes for the gate beacuse when you want to go outside its takes time to find them

When i booked i booked a room with bathroom n shower but when i arrived i got a room without toilet and bathdroom n the ones i was told to use were far from my room

False advertisement. There was no balcony, fridge, kettle, private bathroom as advertised. I was shown a bed in a communal bedroom with 3beds forced into a limited space. Passage to the shared batroom was dark. Access to my room was via a back door going through the laundry room and a kitchen. The staff did not care to explain when i showed them the description of my booking they just said they are not responsible for advertising so they can't help. I could not even sleep in that dump i had to book another place. To my surprise my money is not refunded after 3days with 2 calls with BOOKING.COM customer service team. I am really disappointed.

Tried to charge me the booking.com commission that is taken out of his cut. Can only exit gate if someone is around so you end up waiting a while for someone to let you out. 200 rand for laundry (a ridiculous price). Doesn't let you use the fridge or stove without paying extra.
