nothing as I did not stay there.

the fact that I booked it online and when I got there they booked my room out to someone else and had to look for other options. Also its been weeks and still waiting for my refund that I have not received nor get a response from them.

There was nothing to like about the property

I was asked to pay an extra R95 of which I did not know it was for what. When I asked the lady who was there, She said She doesn't know.

We had made the booking for a staff member traveling from JHB to PMB. I had made and paid for the booking and when the guy arrived he was told that it is full.

The owner refused to refund the booking and said we should deal with Booking.com to get a refund.

Nothing

It was dirty, smelled and they made us pay twice for the property. Paid on booking.com and they said they take cash.

The staff was rude locked me out the gate and told me to go and sleep somewhere else became they are fully booked even when i had already paid

Owner demanded R100 on arrival
