Corte Barone

Location was brilliant.

The shower didn’t drain very well.

We had a wonderful stay in Corte Barone! The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the key attractions and local restaurants and shopping area; the beach is just 15 min away with the local bus service. You could see the famous Orecchiette street and nonnas making home made pasta right from the balcony. The place was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The coffee machine and complimentary taralli were much appreciated! The owner was very helpful and always available via chat.

The apartment has a great location in Bari's old city, it is spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning suitable for hot summer day. Nico was a helpful and attentive host, helping us find the place, replying to our questions and providing tips for the trip

The apartment was in an excellent location being on the street where the Nonna’s made home made pasta. Within walking proximity to the old town centre. Facilities in the apartment were very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast of a coffee and cornetto at a nearby bar was also appreciated.

The suggested secure parking by the host was too far away from the accommodation and expensive at €45 per day. Particularly when there was a paid hourly parking lot within 50 metres to unload our luggage, and on Sunday it is free. It would have been nice to meet our host as there no physical contact except only by phone call or WhatsApp message. The apartment is up stairs on the first floor and fortunately our group had a male member to carry luggage.

The location could not have been better. The old town area is so beautiful and the pasta making nonne are right down the block, so it's a lively (but not loud) and fun area.
