Közel van a vízpart.

A tűzhely nem működött, gyenge volt a wifi, a szoba nem volt felporszívózva rendesen, talán még felmosva se volt. A tusoló lehetett volna tisztább. A teraszon nem volt egy kis asztal csak székek. A lépcsöház eléggé lehangoló volt. A kilátásról pedig itt egy kép.

Property is nice and clean

The location, meta is a bit far from Sorrento, is a town to go for peace. That and that check in demands to send the passport by what’s app, not really a fan of it

Good sized room for two people. Very clean and we got the ocean view balcony. The staff was very attentive to help us navigate how to self-check-in and how to get to the place. Would like to thank the staff again, for their understanding of a health issue experienced where some sheets were accidentally soiled from nose bleeding. We got the reassurance that "these things happens". This puts us at ease and felt that we are well looked after, staying at Maison 'Ro.

Nothing.

The proprety basically consists in diffeent rooms with a common space area (kitchen, dining room and terrace). Everything was as advertised, nice and clean. You can walk to the train station (15-17 min) and Sorrento is a 7 minute train ride. There is a restaurant really close and 2 grocery shops. There is a rocky beach indeed 5 minutes away when you go, but have in mind that you have to go up when you come back. Room was cleaned everyday by a really nice man. Everything was as expected.

Not something I personally didn’t like but have in mind if you want to cook, the stove cannot be used.

Pulizia della stanza, stanza piccola ma nuova, posizione buona ma non ottima.

Ho segnalato un problema nella mia stanza (dall’aspiratore del bagno si sentivano fortissimo dei versi di uccelli) che non ci ha permesso di dormire serenamente. Ho segnalato il problema al contatto whatsapp (non c’è reception) e mi è stato detto che “avrebbero controllato dopo il check-out” quindi ciò significa: controlleremo dopo che te ne sei andato, tuttavia ora devi subire il problema e non possiamo fare niente perché “non dipende da noi”. Il giorno del check-out, non mi è stata fatta nemmeno una piccola attenzione o un gesto di cortesia per il disagio subito, anzi addirittura hanno fatto problemi per aver lasciato la mia auto nel loro parcheggio (per il quale ho pagato un supplemento di 15 euro) e quando sono andato a riprenderla mi hanno fatto il dispetto di aver chiuso la porta interna che dava sul parcheggio (quando il giorno prima era stata aperta tutto il tempo, e lo testimonia il fatto che quando siamo saliti dalla spiaggia, alle ore 19.00, dal parcheggio siamo saliti in camera proprio da quella porta) costringendomi ad aspettare che venisse aperto il cancello. Insomma: mi hanno dato una camera nella quale è stato difficile riposare e dormire, e mi hanno anche trattato male per aver lasciato la macchina un paio di ore dopo il check-out, senza scusarsi o riconoscermi qualche attenzione o cortesia. In definitiva non consiglio di soggiornare qui, ed è un peccato perché la stanza era bella e pulita, e anche la struttura dentro era carina (da fuori no). Alla proprietaria e a chi gestisce la struttura, consiglio un bel corso di Hospitality e Customer Service, perché ne avete bisogno.
