The location was very handy for all that York has to offer. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Front desk staff were friendly

The location was extremely noisy. Noise from being central is expected but the 7am clattering of beer barrels in the courtyard for 2hrs was horrendous. The room was very warm which in the height of summer would be worse(fans were in the room but too noisy to sleep with) The window wouldn’t close and the bathroom handle came off in my hand. The breakfast was a takeaway bag and not worth the extra.

Cozy room, comfortable bathroom. Decor with character. Liked the bedside reading lights and tea/snacks in room. Great location, tucked away courtyard away from street noise. Locked gate code entry. Beautiful, innovative, decanter chandelier. Aged building very romantic!

Bag to go breakfast was adequate, but not what expected. Dark steep stairs to the rooms was difficult with our luggage. Could use better lighting and lighter color choice for wall paint. Eerie for evening arrival to climb up dark, tight staircase.

Location, cleanliness, very polite staff.

We were in room 4 and the noise from the room above at times was awful 😖

Eine super Lage, sehr zentral. Das Personal war freundlich und die Buchung war extrem einfach.

O pequeno almoço é um saquinho de papel com uma croissant empacotado, um sumo de pacote, uma barrinha de cereais e uma maçã verde que tem de se ir buscar à receção e não há sequer uma mesa ou cadeiras suficientes para 2 pessoas comerem este mísero pequeno-almoço no quarto. Durante a noite estava muito frio e o funcionário (muito jovem) da noite não sabia como aumentar a temperatura do quarto. Face a isto, pedimos se nos arranjava um cobertor extra que, efetivamente, nos foi facultado mas não estava em condições.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Asiakaspalvelun nuorin työntekijä oli huippu. Muut tuntui olevan aika pihalla.

Ei kunnon merkkiä sisään käynnistä. Aamupalan oli iso pettymys.
