Location

I didn’t get the room I booked online. I got a standard room. No possibility to leave cases after checking out, having been able to leave them prior to check in.

Very central easy walk to all the major museums and sights

Very difficult to find as one has to go through a narrow passage to find the hotel. It would also be useful if parking arrangements were provided or at least explained. This added significant cost and effort.

"A dark day at court"

Interesting location Tea and coffee in the room

The location was difficult to find - set back off the street and then when you get there, the whole place has a dark and depressing decor, with chipped woodwork, including the room which had a garish mural covering one wall and Spartan furnishing. I took exception to having to give my card details - having prepaid the room. It was explained that this was for any “extras” - none of which were actually on offer.
