the location was good

there was a damp smell and the bathroom had mold in it

It was nice and decent

We were a bit too close to the main entrance and we could clearly hear people moving around and showering etc

All clean & tidy, everything we needed

The weather was warm so the only thing that could of improved our stay would be a fan in the room

Bed was quite comfy, the room was a good size and have all the normal features you’d expect.

I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, in my opinion the room was expensive for the quality. My shower broke during my stay because the shower head fell off.

We had everything we could have needed. Nice comfortable room, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, access to a communal fridge and ironing board/iron. Entrance to the property was secure and the property was only a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of York.

Not being welcomed on arrival, though the instructions for self-check in couldn't have been clearer so we didn't have an issue as such, it just lacked the personal touch, which was a shame since everything else about the property itself was well-thought out.

Its a good economical stay for two people

The kettle was not clean couldnt use it for boiling water looking at its condition

The room met our needs and the location was great.
