Appartamento molto bello comodo o una bellissima sala e in pieno centro niente da dire Certo un po' di sconto l'avrei meritato la seconda notte

Albergue muy bien ubicado, aunque extremadamente ruidoso. Está bien para salir del paso. Baño compartido, pero completo. La cocina bastante equipada, pero sin ningún tipo de cortesía para el huesped (ni infusiones, ni café, sólo restos de comida no perecedera que dejan otros huéspedes)

La almohadas parecían de juguete. Eran como una bolsa de tela con tres trapos adentro. Tampoco se siente bien un albergue donde no te cruces con ningún representante durante toda la estadía. Por otro lado, les pregunté donde podía estacionar y no supieron darme ninguna opción... Raro que no puedan ayudar a sus huéspedes en algo tan elemental para alguien que vive en la ciudad y se dedica a recibir turistas.

Contact with Staff was difficult and hard. Returned to room after Braga Romana festival 200 meters away. Door code no longer worked. Couldn’t get in. After 90 minutes, gave up and booked room in different hotel. Staff didn’t apologize, only offered our room tarrif back, but nothing towards more expensive hotel we were forced to rent. Very bad!!Awful due to getting locked out.

O quarto aparentava estar limpo, mas não era tao limpo, tinha cortinas sujas, paredes sujas, cobertor com fios de cabelo e tapete sujo.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and there was a washer and a dryer.

My room was so dark and musty. It had a really bad smell. The blind on the window was broken so I couldn’t let any daylight in. The window would only open inwards and it was very dirty with bird poo. Could’ve been cleaner aswell, I would sneeze and cough a lot in the bed as it was dusty. My room was next to the bathroom and it was very loud when other guests would use it. The shared bathroom was not at all clean. There were stains in the toilet and human waste stains in the shower. The bathroom was very humid, so also had a bad smell. Even after the cleaner came they didn’t replace the dirty bath mat the whole time I stayed there, and the floor was still dirty with hairs. The front door lock broke also.
