Piscine, lit , jardin autour du bâtiment.

Chambre médiocre, pas de tv pas de cafetière, salle de bain dangereuse et salle, le ménage n'a jamais été fait pendant notre séjour.L'electrcité fait peur .A notre arrivée je demande si tout est payé, on me dit oui / oui .4 jours plus tard on vient me demander l'argent quand je suis dans la piscine.

1) Limited options on morning breakfast. 2) Rooms looks really old. We had to turn off the fan as we were afraid as it may fall down due to its very old age. 3) Bathroom is a let down. Many issues are there. 4) Entire premise look dusty.

The location and building itself were wonderful, as were the staff. The hospitality was really welcoming and helpful, the view from the rooftop was incredible, it truly gives you the best introduction to the West bank. I would definitely recommend it to those looking to stay on this side of the Nile.

The neighbours selection of poultry keeping you awake throughout the night from cockerels, geese and a token turkey.

Clean and tidy rooms, staff so friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Jasser who went above and beyond to ensure I had the most incredible experience in Luxor. Breakfast was great and the view across the Nile every day made my morning. Hotel was nice and quiet, in prime location for visits to The Valley of the Kings and Queens. The Balloon ride organised by Sayed was fantastic and a good price. The hotel staff really do look after you and ensure your safety is their number one priority. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel for another trip to Luxor.

The pool wasn't heated unfortunately so it was a little cold.

We felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we got there. The owner and staff were very pleasant, helpful and talkative. They helped us find transfers, suggested where to eat, organized earlier breakfasts for us, etc. It was a great experience and we would recommend the accomodation.

The owner is very kind and helpful and the staff too. We'll be back, I can only recommend it to everyone. We arrived as guests and left as friends. :-)

The hotel is located next to the river and has great views from the top floor balcony where the breakfast is. The staff is excellent Sayed the owner organised the trips for us and he is a great host. Jaser prepares great local breakfast and has a smile for everyone which is a good way to start the day. The weather in the end of March was hot (33-34 Celsius) and had send storms overnight but the room was nice and cool and was great to come back to after a day of site seeing in the heat. By the way there are millions of mosquitoes in Luxor at the moment so you will need mosquito spray because they are everywhere and my son had 100 bites in 3 days on his legs.

For me everything was great, for my teenage son the WIFI was an issue.

Wonderful stay and made to feel very welcome. Organized a car and visited the incredible sights of Luxor with an itinerary that suited us perfectly. Be sure to get up early to watch the hot air balloons from the balcony and the amazing sunrise over the Luxor Temple and River Nile. Thank you so much for the opportunity.
