The hostess was charming and diligent. She waited up for me for my late night arrival; and arranged an early pickup for departure. The room was comfortable and spacious; though the tepid showers were a penance!

Wonderful breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit juice, variety of exotic fruits, avocado, croissants. Very large basic bedroom with very comfortable bed, plenty of cosy blankets and wonderful view of the statue of Mary on the hill. Very quiet at night. Just a few minutes walk to the central pla,za of old Quito. I felt safe walking alone. Edna manages the guesthouse and was extremely kind and helpful to me. She took me to a shop nearby and facilitated the insertion of a SIM card to enable me to have internet for my trip. She then walked with me to the central plaza and showed me the tourist office. un accueil et une disponibilité superbe la présence d’un parking sécurisé un petit déjeuner excellent la possibilité de faire laver son linge la proximité de Quito historique accessible à pied en 5-10 mn endroit simple mais spacieux pour se poser ( une chambre, une petite salle avec hamac et bouilloire, une salle de douche et wc)et un petit salon commun avec une autre chambre

rien mais par contre je mets les photos de l’extérieur car pas forcément facile de trouver(le nom n’est pas le même et la sonnette est un peu cachée) sinon rien à redire

Muy amables y atentas especialmente la señora que atiende el hospedaje, la ubicación es genial cerca del metro y del centro histórico buen desayuno típicos de ecuador, zona segura y sin buya, atienden muy rápido las consultas. Nos colaboraron con guarda equipaje y esto se agradece mucho.

Yo realice 2 reservas en dias diferentes, la primer fecha de hospedaje todo bien con el desayuno estaba incluido por la categoria de genios 3, pero la segunda fecha nos indicaron que no estaba incluido cuando yo lo tengo incluso en la reserva indicado. Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, en una habitación no cierra la puerta del baño, otra no tiene salida ni extractor de aire en dos de ellas no calentaba bien el agua de la ducha. Pero al final por el precio es lo de menos.

Buena ubicación, atención y desayuno

The final room was spacious and airy with an excellent city and mountain view. I suggest the large mountain view suite at the far back right side of the building. The breakfast was large, varied and of high quality. The staff was always ready to assist and courteous. The location is excellent with easy walking to the historical center, good restaurants and multiple transportation options. The WIFI is mostly consistent with speeds in the 30-40 mbs range up and down. The courtyard supports an aerial acrobatic school that allows you to practice Cirque du Soleil type skills along with modified yoga and stretching sessions for a nominal fee.

The facilities are being improved continuosly. The first room I had was dark and somewhat dated. Midway through my stay I was offered newly updated lodging with excellant city and mountaion views. I suggest checking the wifi strenth in your room. There is variabile reception between the rooms.
