It is a really good price for Tromso

There was awful smell in the kitchen and toilet. It was so terrible, that if you were there for more than few minutes you wanted to vomit. Fortunately in the room it was barely noticeable, but still, next time I would pay a bit more to avoid this place. Last night of the stay I slept on the airport just to not go back there.

The only thing I liked was the cool travellers I met.

This hostel could be so much better if they actually CLEANED IT! I have never seen such a disgusting place before. The shower is just pure mold, the drain is clogged with hair, there are expired eggs in the fridge from LAST YEAR! It's also way too hot, we slept with windows open in the middle of the winter because it was unbearable. Again, this hostel could be some hidden gem but the owners don't care about keeping it up. I will return to Tromsø but never this hostel again. The owners didn't even reply! Just got a message about my room number but no information whatsoever about what or which bed, I asked to confirm and no one answered me. A guy from Hong Kong arrived the other night all disoriented and not knowing what his room was. There were three french guys in another room who made such a huge mess - and two days after it still wasn't cleaned. Also there were no lockers !

Well located, easy access

Strong smell from the kitchen, no towels provided, very basic comfort, need some fixing on doors, etc

Nothing, it smelt and was mouldy

All we needed, cheap for Tromso.

Bit noisey and bright light under door on off through the night. Waiting for toilet shower as in same room in busy accommodation.
