I liked that the guest house was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around Rotorua. The host was also friendly and helpful.

The soundproofing was not very good, so some noise could be heard from outside. The toilet was quite small, which made it a little less comfortable.
