The family that runs the property is very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall house is run down and shows its age - it was a boarding house in its hayday. It was hard to get over the smell of Indian food and air freshener in the common areas (the room did NOT smell). It was a convenient location.

Close to the shops and all local activities. And the start and finish line for the Rotorua Marathon.I will definitely be back next year And stay as t the same place Again.

There was nothing I didn't like Rotorua is a great place to stay for everyone.
