The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We especially appreciated the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen.

We were disappointed with the location of our room, as well as the lack of heating. Unfortunately, our sleep was often disrupted by people passing by outside with loud speakers.

I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken restaurant.

Location was ideal because my daughter was at the Millennium for the weekend for an event. Easy to come and go.

There was nothing I didn't like. I only needed a place to sleep, I was out most of the time with my daughter.

Close to all the shops and very friendly staff. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Cheerful helpful man in charge. Business was acquired in 2024. Money has been spent on improvements.
