Kukummi Lodge - formerly Mackaya Bella Country Lodge

Ryan and Daniel together with their team are fantastic hosts. The hike to waterfall was beautiful, the hot tub and night a dream and the food and talks at the dinner table and the fireplace made the weekend super special. I would really recommend everybody who wants a break from the city and busy life to relax her and dive into the spectacular nature.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kukummi Lodge. Les propriétaires, Ryan et Danny, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont immédiatement fait sentir comme chez nous. Ils nous ont également donné de très bons conseils pour les randonnées, les vins et les activités de la région. Le personnel est très attentionné, toujours souriant et disponible. La qualité de la nourriture est excellente, avec des plats savoureux et bien préparés. Le lodge est magnifique, calme et parfaitement situé pour profiter de la nature environnante. Nous recommandons vivement le lodge.

Zeer mooie lokatie in de bergen ,et fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. In de avond genieten van de stilte, dierengeluiden en de sterren. Alle medewerkers zeer attent en gastvrij. Je kan er zeer mooie boswandelingen maken (onder begeleiding)...

Fantastische locatie, prachtig uitzicht in een heerlijke sfeer ! Je voelt je heel erg bevoorrecht om bij Kukummi te mogen verblijven en toch ook “thuis” door de superlieve mensen om je heen !

The hospitality and care by Ryan, Danny and stuff was exceptional. Individual attention was taken and given. A beautiful location with breathtaking views. It is a place where stories are told and conversations are held. Very clean and very high standard of service

An absolutely amazing location, in the heart of a nature reserve. The hosts Ryan and Danny really made us feel very much at home, were very attentive to our needs. They also shared lots of useful information about the plants and animal species. The hot tub under an open sky was just fabulous.

Ryan und Danny haben mit ihrem Team einen wunderschönen Ort geschaffen, um die Natur zu genießen, zur Ruhe zu kommen, leckeres Essen zu genießen, und gute Gespräche zu führen. Es ist unglaublich, mit wie viel Gastfreundschaft und Liebe sie uns willkommen geheißen haben. Ryan weiß soooo viel Interessantes über die Natur, Tiere und Pflanzen in der Gegend - Danny hat die besten Wandertipps mit exklusiven Trails, die nur Gästen der Lodge zur Verfügung stehen. Absolut lovely dort ❤️

Wegen eines Starlink Problems hatten wir nicht so schnelles WiFi dort. Man ist mitten in der Natur mit leckerem Wein, also kein großes Problem.
