The owner[s] have thought of everything. This place is truly a surprise package. The rooms are beautiful, including the bathroom. Tasteful decor, even attractive cups for hot drinks. There is an endless supply of water in fridges, coffee and biscuits in a quaint common area, and a rooftop with an interesting view. The property is spotlessly clean. The location also surprised me. I don't really know that side of the river, but access to the ferry and very interesting streets and markets is easy on foot. Saman Chai BTS is about 15 minutes walk. It's a wonderful place to stay. The walls are pretty solid, so noise doesn't travel easily. I felt so very welcome here. The woman who seems to run it could not do enough for me, nor her guests.

Cozy room good location

Located in the center, walking distance to the main temples and Cininatown, in a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and kind host, there was always cold water in the fridge. The rooms are not the most functional and, but the value for money is more than descent

A cozy room with a view to a beautiful, small garden. There's a small table right outside the room and when you're having snack here, the cat(s) may visit you ;). Bathroom is spacious with strong water power

There are some mosquitos and insects, which makes me kinda uncomfortable (but the guesthouse offers soffell). Walking distance to Wat Arun but it's actually too hot in this weather to take a walk there 🥲. For other places, it's pretty far. Good news is that the taxi fare (I used bolt) is very affordable. There's no hair dryer and no towel changes

The multiple hairs in my bed. i'm confused about how they would be there if it was cleaned. Big stain on the pillowcase. For the price I expect it to be spotless. A big disappointment at the start of my holiday. After a 12 hour flight and then going around the city I got into bed really late and it was too late to speak to someone as it was hard enough for someone to answer to check me in at a reasonable time in the afternoon lol I wouldn't go back. Spend the same money and get a hotel that WILL BE CLEAN!
