Everything absolutely perfect, just the mosquito net on the window wasn't working - problem was solved by an electrical swatter. Absolutely loved the host lady. Thank you very much again, would definitely come back.

We liked the balcony and the roof terrace. It was also a great location. It was about a 30 minute walk to china town but there were lots of food options nearby as well as shops. The flower market was about 20 mins walk. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. We have rebooked to stay here again on our return back to the UK.

The only issue for us was that the people in the adjoining room were talking loudly until 2:30am, this kept us awake. The only thing the property owner can do about such inconsiderate people is to put a sign up to say please be quiet after certain hours. Not that people should need telling that talking loudly at 2:30am is not acceptable!! Also note the balcony is shared but there is an upper roof terrace.

The place was quite and prefect for the relaxing stay. Family who run it were very welcoming and helpful. They woke up early in the morning at 4:30am to make sure I got the taxi to the airport for my early flight and were prepared to take me there themselves as it wasn't easy to get available taxi that early. Also my wife left her glasses and they posted it to our next destination address and it arrived next day. Very kind and helpful people 🙏

One of the best places to stay if you're planning to cover all the go to temples and architecture places of Bangkok. The host is super helpful, warm and welcoming.
