Pilar and her family are so welcoming - filling my cup with coca leaves on arrival, and my heart with generous conversation. The location is ideal - a 5 min walk to the centre of town; a sense of peace while all remains accessible. I enjoyed breakfasts on the rooftop with views stretching to the apus, sun warming & soulful. (Freshly squeezed orange or papaya juice, eggs, bread and coffee/ yum)! My room was spacious, clean, warm and well lit. Pilar gave top recommendations - so I knew where to find the best chicken soup just minutes away and … her daughter’s excellent cafe in San Blas!

There was nothing I didn’t like about it - Pilar makes this place feel like home.

Die Lage war super um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Bett war bequem.

Es war sehr feucht kalt, die Standheizung konnte das Zimmer kaum erwärmen, die Handtücher waren daher immer leicht nass gewesen. Es hat an einigen Ausstattungsmerkmalen gefehlt wie Nachttischlampe, Stromkabel für Smart-Tv Nutzung.

Pilar is an amazing host, very kind and friendly. We had a great time there, nice location, big room, wifi working perfectly. Would go back next time I visit Cusco:)

The family who run this hotel were so welcoming and friendly, they made sure we were looked after with everything, and breakfast in the morning was delicious! Good communication and a comfy bed 👍

Lo único destacable es el personal, la señora que nos atendió 10/10 super servicial, ella misma te prepara desayuno, te da indicaciones turísticas y es muy amable

- Nuestra habitación tenia una puerta/ventana que daba a la calle y justo enfrente tenía el alumbrado de la calle por lo que entraba toda la luz a la habitación directo a la cama lo que hacía muy incómodo dormir, nisiquiera una cortina para tapar la luz de la calle por esa ventana, nada. - Nunca nos hicieron la limpieza de habitación en 3 noches de estadía, al ingresar no te dejan shampoo ni agua embotellada como la mayoría de hoteles - Hacía 6º afuera y el calefactor no funcionaba correctamente, no dejan instrucciones del uso tampoco. - El desayuno era de 7-8 únicamente. - Cuenta con un escritorio pero no cuenta con silla por lo que es imposible de usar. - Te cobran un % por usar el POS a la hora de pagar por lo que el costo es mayor a lo anunciado.

L’emplacement, à proximité du centre en étant un peu reculé donc beaucoup moins de bruit ! L’accueil, les échanges avec la proprio, elle a pu nous garder les sacs quelques nuits. Eau chaude, petit dej.

Pilar was great and really took good care of us. We could leave our luggage there during the trip, which was super helpful. There was hot water, everything was clean, and overall everything was correct.

The deluxe room is way better than regular double room We stay twice in the same trip in 2 different rooms. Good breakfast. Staff service was brilliant.

Wall plugs have an issue were European plugs falls down a bit.
