Nous avons aimé l'accueil très chaleureux de Pilar. L'emplacement, très proche de la place d'armes.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast simple but nice. They offered to accept our luggage for 1 day free of charge. Terrace upstairs was very nice.

It seems the wall plugs are not fitted for European plug format and they fit lose and also are far away from the bed.

Pilar and her family were very welcoming, accomodating and hospitable. The breakfast was filling and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was quiet but convenient - only 10 minutes away from the Plaza de Armas. I'm looking forward to staying there again when I go back to Cusco.

Diegos Eltern haben uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und uns jeden Morgen auf der Dachterrasse ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet, unter anderem mit sehr gutem Kaffee und frisch gepresstem Fruchtsaft. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top: In nur zehn Minuten erreicht man gemütlich zu Fuß die Plaza. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß. Wir haben dort fünf Nächte verbracht, waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Nichts

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war super lieb und hat uns alles wirklich gut erklärt. Jeden Morgen gab es ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück inkl. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Darüber hinaus hat uns die Gastgeberin wirklich hilfreich Tipps zu unserem Aufenthalt in Cusco gegeben. Wir haben alles befolgt und wirklich viel von der Stadt gesehen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend! Wir können die Casa Agustina nur empfehlen. Es ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen abzureisen.

Additionally, the payment process involving U.S. dollars was inconvenient, as it required an extra currency exchange fee. The electrical outlets in the room were not compatible with standard devices such as phone chargers or hair straighteners, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, considering the price (everywhere in Cuzco 45 dollars per night), it was disappointing that basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo were not provided. Be aware: this is NOT a hotel! The room itself was very minimalistic and lacked the level of comfort one would expect at this price point. Another issue was the constant noise from tour buses, which were parking and departing throughout the day, significantly affecting the overall experience. Moreover, while a fridge and microwave were shown in the pictures, these amenities were not available in reality. We paid $60 per night, which is relatively expensive for Cusco, especially given that more comfortable hotel stays are available at lower prices. We chose Casa Augustina based on the photos, but unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the expectations set. Lastly, although a television was provided, there was no cable service available nor Netflix. Overall, the stay did not offer good value for the price paid. In the end the owner even asked us to paid the last night even though it was already paid. Too much drama for that price.
