Villa Galla

Nos encantó la ubicación. Pudimos hacer todo caminando. La villa es una histórica casa familiar y los anfitriones son una maravilla de personas. Muchas gracias por la atención recibida!

It was very close to old town, quiet location. Our host went above to help us with our luggage up and down the 4 flights of stairs. He gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants. The attic room is quaint with its own bathroom and accessible via a ladder. He also stored our luggage after checkout in a safe locked room. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing to dislike, just a note a 2 bedroom isn’t all in one space, the other bedroom is a separate room on another floor.

The great location, 12 mins walk from the bus station, nice old building, rooms quiet; we were upgraded to a room with a large balcony and had use of the roof terrace with a view of city lights. Ante is a very friendly, helpful host.

If we hadn’t been fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony/terrace, the room would have felt quite small. The bathroom is ok with plenty of hot water, but the door is transparent in parts, and there is quite a wide gap between it and the wall, so it’s not very private.

Perfect place for a sightseeing trip. City center and marina are maximum 5 minute walking from an apartment. Host is a perfect guy to talk about everything, he is fluently speaking english and as soon as we asked for a spots to see, eat and have fun he sent us a full list of best places in Split ( including locals bars ). A house is an ancient bulding fully renovated by an owner, if asked he will tell you full history of a place, highly recommended! Seriously 10/10 place to stay in Split!

Everything was great! Location is perfect, near the Strossmayer park and 5 minutes wslk from Riva. Very clean and cosy appartment. The owner helped with finding a parking place, which was very kind from him.

No cons! Only pros.

The apartment was in a good location for our last night in Split. The greeting was friendly and informative.

Having spent time in several places over the last 2 weeks, the facilities were average and we felt misled that the room had a private terrace which it did not. The room was really small for two people and had we not received the booking.com discount we would have felt this would have been overpriced.
