Very close to town, lovely host and very helpful and responsive. All amenities needed were there.

This is the perfect place for a family to stay in Split. The location is brilliant and it’s super clean with very comfy beds. Ante is as the other reviewers have said is a great host. 100% recommend as great place to stay with a family, our big kids aged 18 and 20 loved the outside communal terrace. Great for photos!!

Unfortunately, we stayed very short, and didn't get to enjoy this place fully.

The location was wonderful. It is very close to the palace and convenient to many restaurants. The room was a nice size and had a water boiler. The owner met us quickly for check-in and check-out.

Such a great property! Location is perfectly located right outside the old town. Access to a rooftop lounge area. Host is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The fellow who greeted me was very helpful and gave me a good introduction to the sites and restaurants in Split. He was very flexible about my arrival and departure times. It was easy to get to the main sites just by walking, and grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The room was sparse but relatively clean (one coffee cup was stained), and plenty of hot water for the shower. It was enough for me, not luxury but workable. Netflix for guests was a plus on the rainy days when I could not go out into the city.

The hotel was not very well marked and I drove past it a few times before I saw the sign. It has steep stairs, which is not a problem for me but could be for some. There was a refrigerator but it was very tiny. There were no hangers so I didn't get to unpack, although I am sure that if I had asked, I would have received them quickly. Location and helpfulness of host who greeted me made up for these small things. Parking is a problem in town.

The place is centrally located. A short walk to the Gran Split. We had an amazing friendly host! Ante showed us which were his favourite restaurants around the Gran. We enjoy his hospitality!
