The Westminster Hotel

The hotel is well managed. Every member of staff was very helpful. The location is superb with the beautiful Pavillion Park across the street. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Wedtminster is within easy walking to all that the town centre offers.

My bathroom had a step down within the bathroom to the toilet and tub. During the day this was no problem but during the night, at age 78, I took the precaution of turning the very bright light on when entering the bathroom to ensure I did not fall.

Lovely hotel with lots of original features. Big room. Big bathroom with bath. Beautiful view over the gardens. Lovely location and parking.

The curtains didn't close, so we had to change in the bathroom. Not private as people walk past outside all the time.

Location was excellent.

We stayed in room 12 and the room was small. En suite was particularly cramped and the shower cubicle was very small with a useless shower. Owner was not friendly.

Close to town centre. Well maintained building and very comfortable located facing pavilion park. A beautiful setting and well worth the stay. Breakfast excellent too.

Very tight parking and access. Shower room 3 size and access small. Some adjacent room noise but could happen anywhere.
