The Westminster Hotel

Great location. Clean and a nice breakfast.

The host wasn’t very welcoming. In fact not at all. The place was very dated and needs a facelift. It reminded me of Fawlty Towers form the 1970s. Some real investment needed here.

Proximity to the town, parking & room was comfortable

Water is in the fridge downstairs which I did not see until breakfast & would not see at all if I had not entered that particular room. It would be great to have a couple of bottles of water in each room instead

Location, and the view if you're lucky enough to have a room overlooking the park (we weren't)

Not remotely a four star hotel. A fairly basic slightly scruffy B&B with a fairly taciturn host. Nothing actually wrong as long as you're not expecting better

The location 5 mins to the town

Bathroom was dirty, unfriendly staff who were really not interested in you at all. Frozen fruit for breakfast not fresh. Fire exit was through bedroom 12, great if you have a key for the bedroom door. Felt unsure.

Position was excellent. Staff friendly

Plumbing needs sorting in the room we had. Taps and cistern dripping difficult to stop. Shower door had gaps top and bottom so water wet the floor.

Good breakfast. Ideal location.
