"Value for money."

Lovely lake view room, pleasant and close to the town centre.

Breakfast only served until 9am which is a little early. Could do with somewhere to do hair and make up apart from sitting on the floor in front of the full length mirror, but not a deal breaker.

"Great location"

The location was great. The cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast was good.

The first impressions were not good. The welcome was not warm and it would have been nice if my wife's suitcase was taken up to our room. The toilet seat would not stay open and the shower doors were broken.

"It met our needs as it is an easy walk into the town."

The breakfast was really good. There was more on offer if you have a Full breakfast. The coffee was rather bitter though.

"Comfortable stay, great location"

Breakfast was well cooked Location excellent - near to the Pavilion Gardens Room pleasant - comfortable bed Pleasant staff

Overall a tired feeling to the property - could do with updating Ensuite shower room could do with a refurbishment A little more communication would have been helpful (e.g. a welcome pack in the room)
