Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Sie haben uns ein Frühstück togo um 6 Uhr morgens vorbereitet, obwohl Frühstück erst ab 7:30 serviert wird. Pool und Strand sehr schön.

Es gab kein WLAN im Zimmer. Das Essen war so lala. Kein Fernseher im Zimmer. Keine Supermärkte in der Nähe. In den letzten 2 Tagen hatten wir kein Strom, wir müssten also bei der Wärme ohne Klimaanlage schlafen.

This is a very nice place, staffed by very nice people. It's well-maintained, clean, and the pool area is a great addition. It also offers an excellent breakfast. The breakfast consists of fresh fruit, and then your choice of mains. After a month in Africa it was so nice to have eggs that aren't overcooked.

It would be nice to have wifi in the rooms, but the wifi in the bar worked great and it was actually kind of nice to get my work done sitting at an outdoor bar facing the ocean.

The hotel is in front of the beach, so you can really enjoy the ocean view. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was well prepared. Our host arranged for us with an extra cost daily activities/trips.

Beautiful, small property in a quiet part of Bwejuu but within walking distance to Paje. The room we stayed in was stunning, overlooking the beach. The adjoining restaurant/bar was also very handy, and Mini the cat was very cute and playful.

Terribly minor things like needing a new code for the wifi every two hours was a little frustrating.

The place is quiet and located near a local town of paje where the night market is active and many good places to eat Though the kitchen of the place is serving delicious food not to miss The staff are very hospitable and Ursula has great communication skills with gentle approach

We had a great stay at Helwas Boutique. The Place is very clean and nicely decorated. In the mornings we enjoyed a great a la carte breakfast with fresh juice and coffee. Also, the restaurant serves very good Italian pasta and coffee for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining you all you need to know when arriving on the island. We were very satisfied with our room and all services. Thanks Ursula and Jeffrey for the great time!

Un boutique hotel con sole 9 stanze, curate nei minimi dettagli: autentiche, delicate, pensate davvero per gli ospiti. Non è un semplice soggiorno, ma un’esperienza che regala intimità e la sensazione di essere ospite nella casa di amici. 🛏️ Camera: accogliente, curata con amore, in ogni dettaglio. 🌱 Filosofia: no plastic, no stress, no internet nelle stanze – un invito a rallentare e godersi il momento. (Lo ammetto: in certi momenti un po’ di connessione sarebbe servita, ma è parte del gioco 😉). 🍽️ Cibo: bar direttamente sulla spiaggia, con piatti di qualità a prezzi onesti. In cucina si sente il tocco francese di Geoffrey, unito all’esperienza italiana di Ursula. 💫 Gestione: Ursula e Geoffrey sono l’anima dell’hotel. Persone speciali, capaci di farti sentire davvero in famiglia. 🌊 Struttura: piccola, autentica, intima. Helwas Zanzibar was a true oasis of well-being for us. From arrival to departure, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The owners in particular deserve special mention. Their passion for the island and their hotel is evident at every moment. They always take time for their guests, answer questions patiently, and give helpful tips. You immediately feel incredibly comfortable and among friends. The food was fantastic – fresh seafood and creative dishes. The rooms are furnished with just as much love and are cleaned extremely thoroughly. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the island, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Paje is still easy to reach (25 minutes on foot). On our next trip to Zanzibar, we would definitely book this hotel again.
