Il Boutique Hotel di Ursula e Jeffrey è senza dubbio la scelta migliore che si possa fare per soggiornare a Zanzibar. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: la nostra stanza pulita e arredata con stile locale affacciava direttamente sull’oceano; lo staff è gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti; il ristorante una vera sorpresa: ottimo sia a colazione che a cena, con proposte locali ma anche italiane. La zona comune, avendo una dimensione raccolta, contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera familiare che favorisce l’incontro e la condivisione con altri viaggiatori. Tutto è stato ben oltre le nostre aspettative, consigliatissimo!!

We liked everything! How welcoming Ursula and Geoffrey have been, the room, the friendliness of the staff, the fact that there’s no chaos around the hotel, the food, the sea, the activities suggested and the services provided. We wish we could have extended our stay!

The atmosphere and landscape is fantastic. Everything gets better if you add up the good food of the restaurant, hotel staff and owners who are always available for help or suggestions.

Ursula e suo marito ci hanno fatto sentire a casa anche dall’altra parte del mondo. Ambiente super curato e perfetto per rilassarsi in riva al mare. Il ristorante è eccezionale…da provare assolutamente la ceviche di tonno e la pasta fatta in casa. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Da provare assolutamente se siete a Zanzibar

We loved that the hotel is right on the beachfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. Another great feature is that, in case of power outage, they have solar power, so you can charge your phone. There was a lovely puppy.

While location is great, there are a few things to be aware of. The food portions are quite small. Wi-fi is not available in the rooms - only in restaurant area - and you have to request a new password every 5 hours. Also, it is better to pay in US dollars, as the hotel uses its own exchange rate of 1USD = 2650 Tanzanian shillings.

Food is the best.
